Jenn Frees, OTR/L, CLWT

Owner & Lymphedema Specialist

Jenn was a collegiate swimmer at Northwestern University, where she studied psychology and business. She went on to become an occupational therapist and specialized in lymphedema. Jenn is passionate about patient-centered care and building genuine connections, offering an experience that feels different from traditional healthcare.

Hospital Transition & Discharge Care

Propel Therapy accepts patients following discharge from area hospitals and health systems, including UNMC (University of Nebraska Medical Center) / Nebraska Medicine, Methodist Health System, Bergan Mercy (CHI Health Creighton University Medical Center), and CHI Health. We provide continuity of care for patients transitioning home after inpatient treatment, ensuring specialized lymphedema and wound care continues without interruption.
